Ordered an annual subscription for People Magazine via the www.micro-gems.net website 12/27 and the magazine never arrived. Now, the website is "down for maintenance" and email to their customer service department: [email protected] were bounced back. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, as well as, reported it as fraud. I'd researched this company online prior to placing the subscription and there seemed to be happy subscribers and no issues with them; however, there is something fishy about a company that takes the credit card payment (which they did 2 days after the transaction date), fails to deliver and does not notify the customer. They should've returned the funds to my credit card if the item did not ship within 5 days, so am suspect this is fraudulent.
