Micro-gems.net, Miguel Jaeden LLC Esquire Magazine Subscription - Ripoff! Bakersville, Signal Hill

I ordered a 3 year subscription of Esquire magazine. Micro-gems.net sent a confirmation and charged my credit card. I never received the magazines and now the site no longer exists. Emails to customer support bounced. Obviously this is a ripoff!
