Shady customer service reps and billing

We cancelled our Sirius Satellite in Oct. When we continued to receive bills my husband called and question them. At that time Sirius offered us 6 months for free to stay on as subscribers. He agreed. We then received a bill for $25 and then one for $31. When I called in Febuary about these bills they stated that they had sent us to collections and gave us there phone number. Sirius stated that they were unable to help us with this matter.
I contacted the collection agency and they had no record of our account. I again contacted Sirius customer service. At that time they informed me that they had no cancelation notice for October, but did have that my husband called in January and made a payment on-line. We never made any payment, EVER. When I asked about the 6 months free, they stated that there was no documention regarding this. They said that there was nothing that they could do. I repeatedly asked to speak to a director or higher up person and was denied.
Sirius did not record my cancellation, and they changed the January communication. We never wanted to continue the account and what was the $25? A year subscription is $142. They could never answer anything and just repeatedly moved me from person to person. They said that "there was no one there I could talk to at this time" and I would "have to call back". The collection agency still does not have an account for us to dispute this bill.
