We are deeply saddened that any organization can even be allowed to operate in such a fraudulent manner.
They are sending out a new wave of credit and boarding vouchers just in time for Spring Break. I just received mine today. I always research anything unfamiliar to me and thats when I found this website. Thanks to your posts on this site, we have been spared this nightmare.
Contact your credit card company and dispute those fraudulent charges and request a credit in writing. Contact the Better Business Bureau. Go after the Travel Bureau and Licensing Agency in Ft. Lauderdale.
Shower them with omplaints in writing and keep copies. Tourism will be affected. We won't be vacationing in Florida this year because of this matter. There's strength in numbers!
Contact the local media to get attention.
