Same kind of tale - requested 12 DVDs at first of Dec - it's today the finish of May and that I have just obtained 6 of these however have now been billed for several 12 YOUR DAY after I put the purchase. Have e mailed them 4 occasions WITHOUT ANY reaction and my charge card business won't do something since it is previous 3 months: (
