Requested from DigitalCraze on Nov. 2 subsequently called back 20 minutes later to stop the purchase. The client support representative stated that is okay and my charge card would not be billed. 4 days later the package turns up at my doorway and that I reject the bundle. I contact digitalcraze plus they declare it had been an error plus they might credit my bill. It has been per month today plus they nevertheless have not acknowledged my bill. I ask a regular schedule and obtain the same point. "Friend we shall credit your consideration on Friday, not a problem!" Friday comes around with no credit.
I am arguing the cost with my charge card business at this time.
Avoid Electronic trend, their customer support representatives are rude plus they prefer to consider cash although not provide it back.
