Slow to Credit Their Mistaken Charge

I ended the support on 5/26/09 to change to AT&T UVerse that's the ability to report 4 exhibits at a period with one DVR you are able to view recorded exhibits on any Television within your house.in those days we'd prepaid through 6/15/09 and we consequently were due a credit of $68.31. On 6/19/09 Direct TV incorrectly billed us one more $371.69 like a termination charge. After I named to protest on 6/22/09, the client support consultant stated she'd credit our consideration for $440.00 and stated it'd consider 5-7 business days to approach. We ultimately obtained a declaration from Direct TV dated 7/17/09 that people possess a credit stability of $440.00. The problem is the fact that it's not been acknowledged on our CREDIT card. On 7/24/09 I spoke to Paul (would not provide his lastname) and he declined to facilitate our CREDIT credit though it was their error. He explained it'd consider 2 months to credit our CREDIT bill. I've submitted a of the cost with CREDIT.
