Not mailing rebates

I signed up for Dishnetwork after receiving a sales call. After going over the materials and pricing the sales consultant offered a $100.00 gas rebate to close the deal. After my install I tried to follow up on the rebate. Dish Network says they have many people selling there service and have nothing to do with it. After tracking down the person that had called me, they told me the rebate was to be reimbursed 10.00 per month for 10 months. I submitted my recepts and voucher in November, no rebate. Then again in December, no rebate and then in January, no rebate. This is a complete ripoff, and these people should not be able to do this.
