It's now been over a year since I first submitted 2 rebate offers to this party, in regards to rebates offered at Office Max (I've finally given up and decided to report them).
I was initially told the rebate was invalid. I disproved that by replying with all the copies of my originally submitted documents. I followed up at least 5 times, by re-mailing info at least twice, by emailing them to ask the status at least twice, and by trying to call someone in conjunction with Office Max and faxing them some docs.
Each time, the company ignored my requests. They never answered my emails and never paid the rebate. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THOSE PARTICULAR THINGS IF I KNEW THE REBATE WAS PHONEY! I am very good at organizing rebates, and I know I followed every protocol in these submissions. They simply choose to screw people and not pay up. That was $40.00 lost for me.
