Please stay away from this franchise if you don't want a Heart Attack. This is the worst franchise ever!!! They are a complete waste of time and money. They totally destroy the purpose of franchise. They tell you everything and anything to take you more and once they got it you are on-your-own. First it take forever to get hold of somebody and when you finally do 99% of your question will not be answered. I was scammed $18000 plus $4000 of software that was never activated.
I flew all the way from California to Cincinnati Ohio for this franchise. When I got back they called me everyday to send in my franchise fee. I was told they are national and they work with hospitals, group homes, senior center etc. And that they will refer me client as soon as I paid the fees. I was promise all I have to do was contact the leads they will give me what a shame it was all lie. They don't have any lead You-are-on-your-own
Their marketing product is as expensive as their franchise fee. You cannot get support from these guys. If I'm not mistakenly 98% of people that purchase this franchised with me failed. Please stay away from them. They are sweet-talker. Please anyone that knows of any legal action should tell me, as I'm wily to join. Thanks
