PLEASE dont buy into their sales pitches. All they care about is their franchise fees.
They try to charge you more franchise fees than what was submitted or due, about every 6 months or so, and you will spend hours trying to get them to admit their mistakes.
They give no support at all.
They tell you they will help you sell your franchise by signing an agreement, and if you sign it, they tell you the Corporation will help try to sell it for you, within a time period of usually 6 months, but they dont. NOT for ANYONE.
Why should they when they can turn around and sell it for much more when they "take it from franchisees"?
This says alot about the company and how much they value their services. When they wont buy it back from the franchisees, if they need to sell for what ever reasons.
They dont care, and all franchisees lose their investments when they turn it over to the corporation.
I would be willing to be part of law suit.
All the other rip off reports about Home Helpers are absolutely right.
