It started in The state of In we had direct tv we were allowed to have a free move instalation. My husband loost his job, we moved to Tx our free Instalation the sscrewed up, we were told we would have another move for the screw up well when we moved to the other side of Tx they were going to charge use 250.00 i reminded them of there word well they denide it off course so i refused to pay for the hook up untill we were where we were going to be. So they said they would put it on hold untill i called them back...
Well in jan we got a call on my cell phone saying they wanted there equpment back and we owed then for oct, nove, dece, jan because they had turned it back on at address we were not even at and they never bother even calling and saying they were turnning it back on. Then they said we ownd for early cansalation wich our agreement had ran out already they say no we resigned when they put it in on the freemove in instalation they screw up on. So know they want 368.00 or they are going to put it on our credit report. We have tryed so hard to keep paying bills and we keep getting all this. Why cant the goverment do anything about companys bulling people arround for nothing... Help please
