I order the service paid 80$ on my CC and days later another 50$? I call them and i was told is for the instalation, but it was free on the add? Guess not!
So got the instalation 3 days later didnt work! Call them and they came back and fix it so 1 week no tv! And 5 days after that no reception again! So call them and they fix it a week later! So 2 weeks with no tv! And another 140$ charge to my CC i was going cucu! So i call then over and over and they dont refund they credit to the account, so they own me right? A month pass and my tv didn't work again! So i call them and said you know what F u all and i cancel the service and they charge me another 140 dollars! I had to cancel my credit card! And they send me a contract by mail? I did a verbal contract with them? What? Where? So 5 months later i git a letter com a collection agency? WHAT!!! Another 300$ what? I paid for it and im DONE, no more direct tv!
