After 4 year contract term is over, i call transone to terminate my contract. They told me that i have 2 more year left, they automatic renew 2 more yr. Because i did not let them know in writing and also i need to contact them 60 days in advance. They still taking money out of my acct. Each month for the service. I don't use.

mr. Frank to help me on this matter. I have been sending my termination letter to the company. But no response. I just need to cancle the service. I did my 4 yrs term. I do not think it's fair to renew 2 more year without telling me. So please, mr. Frank can you help me?
