Key Bank N.A.instituted Bogus PCI Compliance Fee's

TransOne instituted a new merchant mandatory charge called "PCI Compliance fee" of $124.75 per year. They cleverly announced it just as a new contract year was beginning and when I decided to stop doing business with them, was slapped with a $495 account closure fee. To add insult to injury, they also charged the $124.75 PCI Compliance fee even though I closed the account. We are trying to get that refunded.

When dealing with these people, I find that I MUST follow-up to insure they follow-thru. Watch out for hidden charges - because they sure have them, and plenty of them.

I am now with Intuit On-Line and they don't charge such a fee.
