No RMA, No service, cannot reach, unreachable, no communication, will not respond to anything

While Seakap may very well live up to delivering a product in a timely and quick fashion from the order you place on any of the wealth of sites they operate or from Amazon, you better be damn sure you get the right size the first time because there is absolutely no customer service after the item ships.

I received a corset and matching panty set from Amazon sold and fulfilled by Seakap through their y2shopping account on Amazon and the corset was at least two sizes too "busty." Upon receipt (1/10/09) I emailed the customer service address listed on the invoice asking for an RMA (return merchandise authorization.)

After a few days passed, I decide to follow up with a phone call, this was on Weds the 14th. No one answered the number so I left a message explaining the issue and requesting a call back or email. No response again. I emailed and called again on the 23rd of January. No answer on the phone so I left a message. And no response at all to the email.

On 1/28, I tried again, another phone call, and another email. Again, same story, completely ignoring my request for any service or they refuse to respond at all. And now today, a full month since the saga started I have called again and got the useless voicemail that says they will promptly get back to me only to leave another message which I am 99% certain will not be returned.

So in the meantime, I am stuck with a $70 outfit that does not fit that I cannot even exchange and that is so poorly packaged that there is no way I could even make it look appealing and try and sell it on eBay to recoup some of the loss. This company is terrible inasmuch as simple customer service should not be this difficult.

A quick phone call to explain the hold up, or a response to an email (even an auto-responder confirming receipt) would show some interest on its behalf. But frankly, the company is garbage as is the service as is their website. Great shipping and absolutely no follow up or concern once they have your money.
