Like the others, kid comes to the door selling subscriptions. Ordered a renewal paid $50 for it (which seemed high) and $13 processing charge. The girl asked for cash so she could get some dinner and I did pay $5 in cash (stupid, I know).
Everytime I called customer service, they said give it two more weeks. Contacted Readers Digest recently and they know nothing about it. OH, and now the phone is disconnected.
