I'd an extremely bad encounter with Coolerguys.com.
I'd requested for that RMA number to come back a keyboard to get a return.By from the period I'd obtained an RMA number, the guy suggested that it had been beyond the thirty days, and needed to visit the manufacturer in China. It had been merely a $30 keyboard, plus they declined to come back it to get a return. Additionally, when requested easily may keep in touch with somebody by telephone, my demand wasn't recognized with a thanks to a return mail. Lastly, after I described that I'd advance the problem with BBB of Washington State, they essentially stated 'proceed,' with small respect permanently support. I'm very dissatisfied, and wouldn't suggest this company to anybody. Please post this towards the internet, and perhaps they'll learn how to handle a person with a few fundamental value. Cheers.
