I've had an extremely poor encounter with dresssale.co.uk, firstly they're located in China, not the united kingdom. I requested a marriage dress along with a bridesmaids gown, they appeared positively stunning on the site. I requested and settled via paypal. I obtained the gowns a couple weeks later. Both gowns were defective, there is lots of free sewing and straps which werenot attached on precisely. I sent dresssale.co.uk exactly the same evening when I obtained the gowns to inform them the gowns were defective. They sent me back wondering easily might deliver them pictures of the problems and they might come to a decision of the things they might do. I delivered them pictures plus they responded stating when i deliver the gowns in those days I'd havve to pay for a re stocking charge of £115 and they wouldn't have the ability to market the gowns simply because they were customized for my size. It was a little contradictive, why might I have to spend a restocking charge when they cannot resell the gowns! Their site does suggest that any customized gowns are non refundable however it does not express something regarding when the gowns are defective, they just factor it claims would be to contact them within 2 times of getting the things. I told them that I had been likely to deliver the gowns so that they explained to not deliver it towards the tackle about the presentation that i obtained the gowns in, and so I requested them due to their tackle to deliver the gowns back again to. They delivered me many messages stating, it's not in my own greatest attention to deliver the gowns back which I really could maintain the gowns and they'll provide me a £30 reimbursement. It was rediculous, the gowns weren't fit-for use. To reduce an extended history small, i continued contacting them requesting their return handle that they never offered in my experience. They actually sent me stating the gowns wouldn't appear as stunning because they do on the site since the pictures on the site are photo-shopped. Certainly this really is false advertising! They held preventing the proven fact that the gowns were defective. I approached paypal and finished a challenge form. Paypal were wonderful, they examined the problems, and determined in my own favor, they explained to deliver the gowns back plus they supplied me using the return address. I delivered them evidence of returning them (pictureis of the bill and parcel pressure despatch type) plus they recovered my cash for me personally, the entire amount. Dresssale.co.uk served quite un professional and its own like they simply wished to claim with me, at the conclusion of your day, they delivered me problem products. On the site it claims they perform a 25-point check up on all products and so I imagine they forgot about examining my gowns. I invested £70 to deliver them back again to China with parcelforce whilst the gowns needed to be monitored, this cash I'll not return and so I have dropped £70. This encounter has truly annoyed me when I was searching for my wedding gown. I'll usually use paypal when shopping on the internet, these were wonderful. Thanks paypal.
