JCPenney's opened a second card in my name. The card was charged on. JCPenney sent bill to wrong address and zip code even though I had another card that I was paying in a timely manner. JCPenney's never contacted me and reported to the credit reporting agencies... Hurting my credit score and causing damage.
I found out about it from my credit report and called JCPenney. JCPenney was innefective in helping me and turned it over to collections and expects me to settle this with them...
Never once during the dispute did I talk to anyone at JCPenney's that attempted to help me or listen to the situation... The real stupid thing is that this bill is only 300.00...
