JCPenney reporting on credit report delinquency when I do not have an account with them. They state the acct was open in 1976 78 which would make me 9-11 yrs old. I can't beleive they authorize anyone to have a credit card at such age. I know I do not have a JCPenney card. I disputed this in '94 when buying a home & it was removed. But now it appears again.
