Hiked Credit Card Terms on Account in Good Standing to 23.99%

JCPenney just notified us that the terms on our credit card account, which is good standing, will be adjusted to 23.99% effective December 2.

I'm hope Santa drops a lump of coal in JCPenney's stocking this Christmas, because I don't intend to give anyone on my list a gift bought at JCPenney this Christmas.
