I ordered a bottle of wine from Prime Wines to be sent to a friend of mine for a Christmas present. The wine was to arrive in a special gift box. The wine was ordered on 15 December and the company charge appeared on my credit card account on 19 December. I paid in full for the wine and delivery charge. The wine has never been delivered. I have sent 4 emails to the company and called and left a phone message 3 times. I have had no response from the company at all. I have an email receipt and a credit card charge for wine that has not been delivered. It makes me angry that a company can get away with something like this.
