We were approached by Citysearch for a #1 listing in our business in San Antonio. We signed a 3-month contract and Citysearch failed to list our business in its premium paid-for placement. Numerous attempts were made to get this fixed, but our ad remains buried in a pile of competitors, and nobody at Citysearch can even be bothered to respond to our complaint. We're canceling the contract but warn anyone else falling for this not to bother with this company.
