Checking my bill today - I found that this website put two months of bills on my phone bill. I do not know who they are or what they are. AT&T could not help me. They said I needed to contact OAN direct.
First of all - AT&T should not be allowing anyone access to my account unless I say it's ok. Why should I have to say it's NOT ok? (they are sending me that form)
I did call OAN at 1-866-60-5548, got a lady named Neysa at extension #318. She said someone visited the website and signed us up. We don't have internet at home so this can't be.
She canceled us she said and would credit back the $. However, she said the taxes were the responsibility of AT&T.
So now, I had to stop my automatic payments from the bank until this is straightened out.
In this economy, everyone needs to be careful of this kind of bad business.in any economy - this is true. But this is scarey. It may be only $25.00, but what the heck is going on. I am watching my account like a hawk.
