It was the toughest 5 years guarantee I Have gotten. I bought a Fujitsu s6210 using the cookis five-year guarantee. It got about 2 weeks for that notebook to return from providing; so when it returned, it did not actually power-on! I delivered is back for another 2 weeks. I DID SO obtain a loaner notebook, however the support supervisor attempted to cost me A - 15% restocking charge since it was 'employed' after 4 weeks of impotence! (that will have already been nearly $300!) Luckily, I'dnot spend the charge, and threated to contact law enforcement if my notebook, (totally under guarantee) was not delivered to me instantly. I talked using the store-manager, and was subsequently passed my laptop after losing nearly 3 hours of my entire life to get my notebook.
