I follow the instructions on the cancellation notice but have not heard anything regarding a refund.
We have a NO SOLICITING rule in our neighborhood, but I have always listened to the pitch, no matter who it is. I usually turn them away after a while. I don't know what possessed me to go through with it this time. This incident will forever sour me now. I'm just sorry for the next one that comes by. All of my frustration will be taken out on him/her.
