We brought some equipment to their yard because of the low prices they offered. We talked to a guy called Al. The arrangement was that we bring our equipment to their yard. But while the equipment still on the truck he was supposed to look at the equipment and if they can do some job on them then they unload it and if they can't then they should not unload it.
They were supposed to call us and say that they can't do any work on them and we were then going to send the equipment to some other place while still on the truck. They unloaded our equipment and as soon as they unloaded the equipment they told us basically they are not experienced enough to do any job on them. I told them they were not supposed to unload it.
They were supposed to tell us that while the equipment are still sitting on the truck. Now here comes the interesting part. I asked them to put the equipment back on the truck. They asked us to pay $275 to put the equipment back on the truck. I had to let the truck leave their yard without the equipment because they wanted cash then we paid them $275 cash paid another trucker to come and pick it up. They never issued us an invoice despite our frequent request.
Imagine what kind of expenses we had to incur. They basically took our equipment hostage. They told us they can't do the job because they are not experienced enough and they charged us $275 for that. I took my equipment to some other place and they were appalled by this story. The new place did the job in 2 hours and told me if someone can't do this job they should not be in this business. Beware! Beware! Beware! Of their low prices. Beware of the way they do business.
