Failure to perform accordomg to contract, or return calls, or mail

The Contractor had done OTHER assignment jobs and was aresponsive Vendor.

I needed someone to take fpr Snow Removal and He preparedthe Agreement, snd I prepayed for a One Mont period. ($300)

He did ONE day's snowfall which was the only ONE, valued at $60

Since then he has answered phone calls, which I had to do it myself, against Doctor's Orders, and a Certified letter has yet to be responded to options or refund of unused payment
