I hired this company to plow my driveway.
Here is the contract:
2011 Season Contract
Contract valid from the first snowfall until May. Plowing occurs after 2 inches of fresh snowfall. Twice a day service is snow continues to accumulate. Aprons clean after city streets plowed as needed at N/C.
The first month he did come out. Never twice. The driveway was only half cleaned and the apron was still difficult to get the cars out. He told me I was being a difficult customer because I called to tell him the driveway needed to be plowed. He said it was too much wear and tear on this truck. Crazy. Then why is he doing this for a living. I paid him $170.00 for the service.
Last week when we had a foot of snow he did not come out. My wife called him and he said why should I come out it is only a foot of snow.
Do not use this company. Total rip-off. So unprofessional. Negative customer service and experience.
