This company did not honor its maintenance agreement by not making two service calls during the year: one to clean the furnace, and the second to clean A/C coils. I have contacted the company several times over the last two months regarding compensation for money prepaid for this agreement. I have been continually stalled. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which at least got Solar Bear to return my calls, but that was over a month ago and there has still been no recompense made. I have requested via certified mail for a refund of the unused years of the contract (5) plus refund for their lack of effort this past year.
