After moving, I accidently paid my old Time Warner Account instead of the new one. This occurred in July. Since then I have tried and tried to get a reimbursement check sent. I have called them since July and each time hanging up believing that a check was on it's way. I have since started calling monthly and each time there is another reason why they can't send me a refund. I have sent bank statements etc and they still refuse to reimburse me. If I owed them money, they would have shut off service and came after me. I have now been waiting over 7 months for a reimbursement of $200 and cannot get anywhere on receiving my money.
