I ordered a pair of $85.00 shoes from them and I recieved factory defects (the sale of factory defects is not disclosed on their website). I sent the shoes back for a refund. When I call the company, all I get is an answering machine. I have yet to get a call back, since I first started calling in Nov 08.
They will only communicate via e-mail. I have evidence that they received my package. They wanted my tracking number so they could find it (?). Now I haven't been able to get anyone to even email me regarding my refund.
