Sent me book that I did not order and now demanding payment for it

They sent me a book that I did not order and not demanding I pay for it. I returned the book without opening it but they still and demanding payment for it and are now threating to send my account to a bill collecting agency.

I have read other reports on the internet about comnplaints about this company for doing the same thing to them.
