I tried the colon cleanse for the 14 day trail period and agreed that if I was not satisfied with the product in that time period I could cancel any futher orders. 3 days after I received the trail sample I noticed that my account had been debited for another shipment although I was no where near the completion of the trail period. When attempting to contact the company picked up on the customer service line. Once I finally did get in contact with someone they were not professional and after several attempts got them to agree to refund my money. I have not received a refund on my account as of yet.
