Ripoff tricked and lied to us gave us the run-around and charged us for things never informed of in addtition to always giving us a different answer to problems Denver Colorado

First, I co-signed for a cell phone for my friend thru this company. To begin with she was the main person on the account but everytime she called they wouldn't give ther any information. Then I called them THREE times and gave them the correct authorization (that they require) to allow her to conduct HER business and still they denied her assistance. Then she never got a bill from them. She and I called them about 8-10 times trying to correct this and every time they would say they were going to correct it and still no bill. Not to me or to her.

Then they disconnected the phone after we called numerous times to inform them we never got a bill. The thing about the calls was we were told something different every time and never got a straight answer about any of our concerns. THEN after many more conflicts with billing and addresses and who was allowed to do what we decided to cancel the service. Well NO ONE ever told us that cancelling the sevice before a year is up is going to cost me $200. And if not paid be reported to the credit bureau.

I insisted over and over that I was NEVER informed of this policy and having known this I would have never canceled. See they not only didn't tell me when we bought the phone but the first call we made to cancel it they didn't tell me either. It wasn't until I called a second time, (because we never got a final bill) and I had ASKED, that I was told I was being charged $200.00 for early disconnection even though;

1. Early disconnection was due to unsatisfactory service 2. I was adament about not being informed.
I was told that by recieving the phone in the mail I (we) automatically agreed to the terms of this policy and therefore they are billing me for the $200.

I finally asked the guy for the name and number of their Legal dept. So my attorney can contact them. I was told they were not allowed to give out that information. I refuse to pay this and they will never get their money.
