I got letter in the mail saying that my cdls was invalid because a third party skill examiner failed to administer the skills test in accordance with the rules of the tennesse dept. Of safety, division of driver license issurance. I want to know whats up with that. Said i had 30 days to retake the skills test, eye test, written test if not i have to surrender my liscense. I was given the skills test by instructors at swift driving academy in millington tenn. Road test by same instructors. And went to memphis to the swift terminal to their dmv office that they have in the terminal. Igot my license in the same office and a short time later i had them changed to kentucky. It has been 2 yrs since. Why now all of a sudden does this come up. If swift is under this investigation why are they still operating and ripping off the guys that drive for them
