Another letter from the state of Ohio. It gave me 90 days to complete the written, eye, and driving test. The eye and written test didnt cost me a thing but the driving test is going to cost me $50.00. I was wondering who is responsible for this huge mess up and can we as drivers sue. I have spoke with swift and they tell me its not there fault that it is the state of tn. Fault. I spoke with them they tell me its swifts fault. The third party testers were employees of swifts they were the ones that picked us up in the morning and tested us thru out the weeks (3) and dropped us off again. Also i had paid them for the school and i want my money back
