I attended driving school for Swift Transportation in Millington, TN. I passed all tests, had my permit, and just needed to get my license. Upon communication problems with instructors, I left this school. Quickly upon leaving Swift, I went to another school in Kentucky, completed classes and was placed with a company immediately. I have been driving for 6 months now. When I applied for a job with another company, I was told that Swift put information on my DAC report that would prevent me from getting a driving job. How could this be since I am driving currently? After leaving Swift's driving school, they stated that I failed their drug test. This is not true. However, this false information is preventing me from getting another driving job. How do you fix this false information?
