I hav held a C.D. L drivers license for 25 years. I held a class B C.D. L for 23 years in the state of maryland. I went to millington tennessee and up greated to a class A C.D. L in 2006though swift transport. I transferd my license back to the state of maryland and in the sping of 2008 I transferd my license to the state of colorado. I receved a letter from the state of colorado that the state of tennessee said the school i went to was not qualifyed to give me a road test and the pretrip inspection test and skills test.
So i went to Denver to the appointment and expaind my that i did not have a truck to do these test with because the company i worked for could not let me yous the truck for the test. So i asked to have this tranferd to the state of maryland because i could get a truck from someone in my family that could help me with this. And they told me to surrender my C.D. L because I did not comply. I have no accidents and no moving violations. And I dont know why they cant transfer this to the state of maryland. I still hold a class A license in colorado because the staate of colorado will not let me transfer back to the state of maryland. Can anybody help me with this???
