Accepted payment but refused to provide services

This company is a telemarketing firm. Although they represent themselves as an American company, they use entirely overseas marketers whose English skills are marginal at best. Their turnover is beyond incredible.in the three weeks I worked with them preparing for my campaign, I one supervisor and one call agent assigned to my file quit or were fired, and I was assigned to work with 3 different management and 3 differrent calling agents. I could barely understand about 1/2 of what the calling agents were saying.

Despite a written contract in which I was given the right to return for credit any lead for which I could not verify an interest in receiving proposals within 3 days, the Company assigned me 8 leads on a take it or leave it basis. None of the leads would accept or return my follow-up call. I complained about their refusal to credit me these leads after which they refused to provide me with any additional leads, good or bad, or to return my calls or emails. They kept the entire $1,200 I had paid them for 40 leads, however.
