I ordered what I thought was a free same of Dermitage products with the idea that if I liked it I'd order it. I have to admit I didn't fully read the advertisement that said they'd continue to send products even though I didn't order them and charge my account. Again I realize I shouldn't have given them any account information. However I thought this was for convenience purposes in case I decided to order the products.
They proceeded to send me packages every month. I returned the boxes I received (3) to them and they refuse to give me credit for these products saying that I needed to have a return code and pay for shipping the returned packages to them. I had already returned them at the time and Fed Express said that since I didn't open the package I didn't have to pay shipping. Since the boxes haven't been returned to me for non delivery I know they've received the boxes back. So if they re sale these products they're making double the money. Now is this right. I say NO. So beware!!!
