I purchased a radio PC-card nov 30th. No indication of finished not being in-stock. The verification email stated the card could be delivered to me within two or three times. There after... Stop... Dec 5th I named Pixmania (0,25 eurocents per-minute). They explained the card was not accessible anymore which the maker of the card couldn't provide until dec 19th. I expected them how it is possible I really could purchase a card which wasnot there anymore. "it is possible the second you requested somebody purchased the final product only moments before you", they explained. And why-didn't they simply send mean email informing me thus?"We do not do this" they merely responded.

December 19th handed and you know what... However no indication. I called again today. Today the tale was: "the maker simply informed us he can't provide the card whatsoever". However they might provide me a return. Like heck they'll! I questioned again (so what can you need to do) why I did not obtain an email informing me this. Well, I understood the account... And that I requested: "imagine if I'dnot named? Can you have provided me a reimbursement anyhow?"

They bluntly explained they would not did thus, not till I'd have approached them myself.

I am so pissed at this time! I ought to be receiving my money-back within 10 workingdays ("We Are in Portugal, you see". No I DO NOT!) I sure hope I actually donot need to review to Portugal to be able to have it!

All I will tell anybody is: NEVER purchase something from these german swindlers!
