I bought cigarettes on 11/24/08, compensated by e check which removed my bill on 11/25/08. I still haven't obtained my item and can't enter contact with anybody. Is there anyway to obtain my money-back? Who do I protest to - can there be a scam point amount to contact and certainly will my lender do something to obtain my cash back. Cheers. Joanie
