I've experimented with contact their customer support division, since I do want to return the product and obtain a refund.in their reimbursement plan you've to contact and obtain a pre-authorization amount before returning item, since should you don't essentially you don't get acknowledged and obtain your cash back. However you are able to never get anybody about the point or are you able to keep a message. The quantity is 877-847-2587. I've previously attempted 4x today. Also have sent organization and never gotten a response. Not great
