I placed an order with this so called company on March 13. The next day they charged my credit card and sent an email confirmation of my order with an order # but no tracking #. I waited about a week figuring they were really busy and then I emailed them asking about my order and a tracking number. They sent a reply saying I should have it next week. I waited for another week and still nothing so I emailed them again.
This time they replied with a link to their shipping policy, since they did not answer any of my questions I again emailed them. Again a link to the shipping policy.
This week I have emailed them every other day with no response at all. I have filed a dispute through my credit card company in hopes that they can resolve this matter.
I further filed a greivence with yahoo because they are merchants through yahoo stores.
I hope other people will check out the consumer complaints web site before order from anyone on the net. I know I have learned my lesson.
