Ripoff did not receive product cannot get in touch with them

Ordered shampoo and conditioner. Like others I decided to check the order online. There is no place on the web site to check anything. I called the number, no CSR available, please leave message. Message box is full. Sent email, but received no answer. I filed a complaint with Paypal. Waiting to see what happens.
