It was, undoubtedly, the toughest customer support encounter I've ever endured. I put an order through Amazon on 12/15/08 to get a present (with fast delivery, 2-6 times), that was prepared through Caiman. On 12/18/08, I get a contact the bundle was delivered, but no following number is supplied (Amazon usually supplies a following range, & most of its additional retailers do too).
Obviously, as of 1/6/09 the package, which was a gift, nevertheless has not appeared. Like the majority of others on below, all I acquired was processed reactions to my questions to Caiman. The newest and completely laughable e-mail stated that deals may take 21 times to become shipped (with fast delivery?) and I will wait until 1/19/09 to determine when the bundle is shipped. That's 35 times after my purchase was positioned and 32 times after it had been presumably delivered with USPS priority mail.
I've a sense the corporation does not bother delivery 1 / 2 of the requests put through them, and depends upon people quitting on the purchases because of Caimanis horrible customer support. For this reason Caiman wont offer you a following range, since you then could be ready to contact its bluff. Along with allowing Amazon learn about this horrible vendor, I intend to visit every community feasible where I will exchange my tale within an energy to avoid others from by using this organization, and preferably and ideally, charge these fraud artists some enterprise.
