It was, undoubtedly, the toughest customer support encounter I've ever endured. I put an order through Amazon on 12/15/08 to get a present (with fast delivery, 2-6 times), that was prepared through Caiman. On 12/18/08, I get a contact the bundle was delivered, but no following number is supplied ...
