What kind of operation are you running? I finally go tthrough... Spoke to customer service to cancel. I was told I had to pay $5 to cancel. I told them that was BS. They pointed out that in the terms of agreement, there was a $5 cancellation fee. You did not stand up to your end of the agreement, because you did not provide me with homes available. I was transferred, to someone who would not transfer me to his boss because he said, I was not a member... If I wanted to speak to his boss, I would have to re-enroll and call back. Wow... Really!!! I said I would hold while he got his boss, he said "Go ahead and hols as long as you want. You are not allowed to speak to him because I am not a member" I am on hold now for 31 Minutes, while he chats away with his co-workers. I have asked several times for his name, and he will not give it to me. He says his name is Noka
